Service department has been fantastic every time. Knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. Puts Aberdeens in SJ to shame. Bought my '18 crosstrek from Aberdeens, but the ignorance and incompetence of their service dept time and time again lost me. I'll travel the extra 20 mins to deal with Fox everytime.
